A room on the water

Bayhouse takes private parties of 20 or more for 3 hours — birthdays, showers, christenings, graduations, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, team nights. There is an outdoor deck over the water, a full bar inside, and free parking for everyone driving in — and the dock takes 4 boats, so some of your guests can arrive by water.

Bronze

Food and soda. Usually paired with a cash bar.

Silver

Beer on tap and imported, wine and soda, plus the full food selection.

Gold

Top shelf and full open bar for the whole three hours.

Every package runs 3 hours and includes the same food selection — the tiers differ on what is being poured. Prices exclude tax and a 20% gratuity.

Bronze, Silver or Gold — the difference is the bar. Food is the same across all three.

Choose 4 trays

Any 4 from the list below. Up to 1 may be a seafood tray.

Add the sides

2 sides, one salad and a bread, all included in the per-person price.

Leave a deposit

A deposit holds the date. The balance is due two days before the party.

The fine print

Numbers

Minimum 20 guests. Children under 5 are free.

Paying

Deposit at booking, balance two days in advance. Prices exclude tax and a 20% gratuity.

Outside food

No outside food, with the occasional exception of a cake. Ask when you book.
